Private Yoga in Greater Manchester

I get so many questions from students asking about particular areas they want to focus on in their yoga practice. This can range from deeper questions on technique, anatomy, strength drills and even breathing and meditation. As yoga teachers, we do try our best to incorporate these needs and interests into group classes - but it's often something that needs a deeper look, and more time.

A group class scenario is such an amazing vibe - there's an opportunity to create community, connect to others, and to enjoy flowing as one. However, if you were to want to learn piano, or how to lift weights, or even learn a language - you might expect to be taught in a one to one environment, where your needs can take priority, and you can create a unique curriculum to move towards your goals, and yoga is no different.

If you've never considered Private Yoga Classes before – it’s worth considering what you are looking to gain from yoga practice. A private class, whether that is held in your home, or at a studio, can be an amazing tool to get more from your group classes, and to develop your understanding of yoga further.

I work with many different clients with different goals and aims, ranging from:

  • pain management

  • improving flexibility and mobility

  • creating a home practice to relieve stress

  • working towards a particular posture, for example headstand

  • having trouble making it to a scheduled group class through working shifts

Currently offering Private Yoga Classes in Bromley Cross, Greater Manchester, my classes can be held at your home or in one of my studio spaces. If you don’t have the confidence to join in a group class, or if you don’t feel like you’re making the progress you would like, then it might be worth considering booking a private yoga class.

My Greater Manchester Private yoga classes can be one to one, or you can also book with a small group of friends. The cost of classes is £50 for an hour, which includes a detailed initial assessment of your current mobility and fitness, as well as an in depth interview to establish your goals and needs.

As well as the private yoga classes, you will be given homework to help support you in your work towards your goals, as well as ongoing advice, support and feedback to help you to progress. We will assess your changing needs and goals as we move through the classes to keep you on track and motivated.
