1 TO 1 YOGA CLASSES

It's really common for people to receive one to one training at their gym with a PT, or to book in for a massage or physio therapy. What you see and hear less of, is Private Yoga Classes.

A 1 to 1 or small group class can be a real game changer in your yoga practice. With uniquely tailored classes to work towards your goals, homework to work on between classes, and the luxury of that hands on time with the teacher, to help guide and support you.

1 to 1 classes are perfect for developing your practice from a beginner level and onward. We get that time and focus that isn't possible within a group setting, to work towards your own goals, to challenge and well as support - and as much as anything, to do something that is just about you and your needs.

If you have anxieties about the group setting, or lose focus when in a larger group of people, one to one can also be about removing those distracting obstacles so you can really tune in to your own needs.
SMALL GROUP CLASSES
Two's company
Another alternative to larger group public classes is to get together with a few likeminded friends and book a small group class.
​
Again, this is a better way of focusing the teaching time on to fewer people, giving more one to one support and attention.
​
If you have friends who also love yoga class, this is a great way to spend time with those closest to you, while also creating a great space for relaxing and strengthening your commitment to the practice.
